Bring Australian local support than outsourcing to other countries. Most of the time the isn't clear, keeps breaking up and other times it's a bit hard to understand them.

Hi @one1 , thanks for the feedback. AGL does already have onshore as well as offshore support agents, but I understand the frustrations you might be having. If you are having trouble resolving an issue over the phone, a useful alternative can be to log in to your My Account online, and click "send us a message"
