Frequency of payment reminder messages


The more that AGL send reminders prior to due date - the more likely users are to ignore truly late reminders.

Even trying to give some constructive feedback has been difficult at best. All the reading has showed me that other users feel the same, and have complied with directives, yet achieve no real satisfactory outcome.

It would seem that this system is designed to frustrate users even more than receiving reminder notices BEFORE they are due.


Try to envisage how AGL customers feel about these process changes.

I think it's likely that different customers have different preferences when it comes to things like reminder emails, but this is good feedback - perhaps more customization would be helpful.  I've also tweaked your suggestion title because "Frequency of reminder emails" will give more insight into the contents for other users than "Cry wolf"
