Hey @sushi6699 . I hear you, but if you've had a poor experience with a customer service agent, it's probably better dealt with through a complaint
In my two years of up and down service and prices of course, I agree that English speaking staff is the way to go. What is the sense of employing and overseas operator to try and talk to the majority of English speaking customers. I was maddened in the end after 2 years not being able to understand the overseas operator. AGL just doesn't care about customers, ONLY MONEY.
