Out meter was recently upgraded to a smart meter and since the install date, our solar data is no longer shown in the AGL app or online from the install date onwards (about 2 weeks ago).
I spoke to a customer service rep and they advised that they can see solar input on their end and couldn't assist me further as to why my account usage is no longer showing the data.

Whilst I can appreciate that this is not ideal, it is very typical for there to be 2-3 week delay in data being communicated after a meter is installed. You should expect for this issue to correct itself soon.
