Smart meter Mk7c - hot water boost switch

I recently change to smart meter (which is really bad decision), then my bill increase a lot and also I have no hot water during 5-11 pm anymore, so unhappy with this. Then I find out at least I can push green Button on the meter to boost hot water during above time.

 

However, recently, I find the green button doesn't work any more, not sure if AGL has disconnect it by remote control via internet. Or the Endeavourenergy cut the function. Please let me know how to fix it, my whole family come back home around 5-7pm,then need hot water around 8pm, if there is no hot water that will be chaos for us. Thanks.
