Since installing solar and having a new smart meter installed, we have not been able to view usage at all in the AGL app. We have contacted AGL support via chat several times and we keep getting told, it should correct itself in a couple of days. Many many days have gone by with no resolution.
When we login to the app, it shows our account and the words “usage pending”. When we click on usage the words “ it’s not you it’s us. We’re having trouble connecting to your account. Sorry for the hold-up”.
this is simply not good enough. What else can I do to get this situation fixed?
