I am a former customer of AGL who moved to Dodo for a period of time. I am now planning on returning to AGL.
I have a 2.8Kw solar panel system but still have the old gross “time-of-use” meter.
My question is whether AGL will install a net meter free-of-charge after I have re-established my account with them. I have asked this question of the company verbally and was told “yes” but nobody has been able to give this guarantee to me in writing.
I would prefer the net meter to be time-of-use, if such a device exists. My house is on three-phase power, so the complexity is ensuring the inverter/net meter supply power to all three phases, not just one.

Ok it appears that the issue is resolved, after phoning the Solar Connections.
As suspected the Hi Team did really mean Hi Customer (suggest that the ambiguity of using Hi team instead of Hi Customer (or something that definitely indicates that it is the customer being addressed) is not used.)
As it turns out the REC was the details of the installer (Electrician) (which was on the Certificate of Compliance - Electrical Work (CEC)) although the phone number wasn't (which is what was wanted) although the address was.
As for the phase number, that was in the subject of the email passed on and also it was indicated on the application and also the CEC.
The person from Solar Connections has made it an urgent request, so the meters should be installed within 2 weeks.
