Hi @LeonSpeechly , that does look to be the reading in that image. If you suspect your distributor has provided the wrong reading to AGL, get in touch with customer service by logging in to your account and clicking the Message (💬) button on the bottom right.

If there was an overpayment, it would end up as a credit amount on your account, and then you'd follow the credit refund process outlined here: Request a Credit Refund
