I have received an estimated bill AGAIN and I am not happy, it's too high. I have supplied corrected meter readings that prove that on the AGL web site. But it seems I won't get a credit till next bill. I am on direct debit payment system. Times are tight as I am no longer working and I can do without paying extra. Also my solar feed in is also estimated so I am out of pocket there too. If I supply corrected meter reads why cannot a new bill be generated and sent?
