Hi, somehow my AGL electricity account showing the status " Inactive" on the profile. I have been paying bill on time. I believe this could have been a mistake. Could someone please advice what to do? As I am overseas, I can not call AGL.
Accounts can unfortunately be closed unexpectedly from time to time for a number of reasons, however we do have some options available to fix this for you.
