We moved out from that house at 9December 2019 which is last year, both electricity and gas bill are counting till 6Feb 2020 and 5Feb 2020 respectively. I'm back to my country now and the other day I called from Myanmar to AGL, I was calling for the solution, and I told the guy from calling center "I'm not the person who's using the electricity and gas why i have the responsible over that usage". How come that guy told me "Of cuz you have to pay for that". Is it the way customer service provide services to the customers. There should be a way to solve that like AGL will check the meters and make the payment to the new tenant. And "of cuz you have to pay for it" is not the answer I want and also that shouldn't be the service that AGL provide to customer. I'm so exhausted and disappointed.
