payment took twice from my bank account, please Help, doble payment


Hello yesterday 30/01/19 I've paid 144.76aud at 07:55pm and at 9:40pm 30/01/19 the direct debit took from my bank account the same amount again, I would like the refund of that second payment by direct debit because I've made by myself the payment at 07:55pm 30/01/2019, and I don't understand why the direct debit took money from my bank account even after the account been paid by myself the bill thought the website online.

as you can see in the print screens from my red color it was the time I've paid online by myself and in blue is the time the direct debit took money again. I need this to sort it out ASAP because of that I couldn't pay my rent this week, and this maybe be cause me a serious trouble with my real state.
