higher gas bill


I think what I got for gas bill from 12th/April to 30th/May is not right. It is extremely higher than what I used to get. The final bill befor that period was aboout 163$. But, during that period, the bill is about 1200$ which doesnt make sense at all. One evidence that shows this bill is not right is that in my perivious property, 9 people used to live in Apri but, 7 people moved out in start of May which means only 2 people lived in the perivious property. It is obvious to show that AGL made a mistake about this. I want to keep going with AGL but if this problem can not be fixed, AGL can not be believed by people anymore.

Also, I called AGL service centre 4 times. The funny thing is that every single persons says differen things which means AGL is lying to force me to pay that amount? Last person I called, he could not even explain this problem he said this propblem cannot be solved from his department. But, how did other 3 people answer my question and tell me different excuese? Everything doesn't make sense at all. What is your opinon?????????????????????????????????????????? Will you say different excuse too???????????????????????????????? If you want to say some explanation, you'd better ask people who I talked with to know what their excuses were to inform me the same excuse.
