Hi There, 

 

We live in a house with two people and unfortunately our recent bill seems to be unusually high compared to our last bills. 

 

Just wondering if there is a way we can please get our meter checked or the bill reassessed?

There's a lot of reasons why a bill can be higher than you expected. A good first step is to check out our Help page about unexpectedly high bills and see if anything there looks like it could be the culprit.
