Why have I been sent the same electricity bill 5 times!
Each amount is exactly the same with a different due date on each!
I paid the first bill so I will just throw the others away & hope I don't get sent any more!
That sounds like it may have been caused by a system error. To double check that it's meant to be a single bill rather than multiple bills, you could log in to your My Account page and check the billing section.
