cl33 supply charge (what?) - Can anyone xplain this one

The cl33 supply charge has no information.

I will not pay for the charge.

Then the change of daily supply to $1.16 a day?.

From .83c a day contract.

Hi there @kbtempau. If you have solar and happen to be based in Queensland, this post in our Knowledge Base may help to explain the itemised charges.

Otherwise it's difficult to give you the right info without details of your account. If you want to send them through on our Support Form, we can check it out for you.

If you see a helpful post, give it a Kudos. It's like a High Five, but better!

Hi there.

I know this post is old, but I was looking for the same information. Could you please answer specifically what the CL33 supply charge relates to? This 3.3c charge seems to be in addition to my 108.9c supply charge. Prices are GST inclusive.

Hi Marc,

A supply charge is a charge that covers the costs involved with supplying electricity to your premises for each day of the billing period, regardless of how much electricity you use. This specific charge covers the costs associated with supply electricity for your CL33 tariff which likely powers your hot water.

Kind regards,
