I attached the pictures of actual usage so could you please check them and then send the bill again for the period from 26 Jan to 25 Feb?
I was just wondering that we were away from the home for over one month from 20 Dec 2017 to 26 Jan 2018.
But the energy usage is almost same with the time when we are at home. How come is it possible?
And also I have got the direct debit discount 12% since I used AGL, but now 8%.
When was it changed and do you think this plan is the best for us?
Otherwise, can you recommend the best plan for us?
