I have been moved to AGL from Amaysim. Just got your email and checked my account.. Your initial email confirmed a credit of my rollover kWH but there is no mention or an credit in my account. I have approximately about about 370 kWh rolled over. Please advise asap. I am not paying until my rollover kWh have been credited and used up.
I have also not received any credit. I had over 673kWh which I was planning on using during the summer period. These are kWh that I have paid for and i expect them to either be used against my next bill or refunded to me.
Be persistent and you will get a refund. I just got it on Thursday 11th. I also changed my electricity retailer to QuickEnergy. Substantially cheaper than AGL and quick personal service whereas AGL is very poor.
