Last month billing ( 27/03-26/04) $216.19 read type was estimate. when I check detail not include 10% pay on time discount and a lot of fee compare previous month. And also this month billing too much of billing so I took a picture and send to your company and fix that. What about May billing ????$216.19. Only one bed room two people used hot water how come a lot of fee. Can you explain for me.

I'm sorry to hear that you've seen such erratic behaviour in your bills. if your latest bill is based on an 'Estimated' reading, then I'd strongly encourage you to enter your current meter reading either through the AGL app or through your AGL MyAccount to ensure that your bill is brought in line with your current meter reading.
