We moved over to AGL for both electricity & gas after moving house mid-year. The switch to gas has gone smoothly, but electricity wasn't switched over until late July and we are yet to receive a bill.
I have only ever received an error when trying to check our usage costs on the website and it wasn't until I installed the app on my tablet, that I found that our billing period ends in Feb 2017 and our usage costs are currently over $700 and rising.
We should have been billed after 3 months. I would appreciate if someone could look into this for me.
The error I receive on the website is: Unfortunately, there was an error loading your usage charges data. Please try again later. (ZIEIQ001 - 053)

Hi @Deb63. Welcome to the Community. We are sorry for the issues that you have experienced with AGL so far in regards to your electricity account, it seems as if there might be a mismatch with the next scheduled read date between our billing system and the Energy Market.
We can certainly investigate this further for you, we will just need your account details from you. If you could please send a private message with your details, I would be happy to help out.
I have now received 2 bills this morning. 1 bill for the period between 21/7/16 - 30/10/16 (102 days): $578.80 - pay on time discount = $380.76 due 28/12/16
2nd bill for the period between 31/10/16 - 23/11/16 (24 days): $103.31 + $578.80 (full amount from first bill) - pay on time discount = $655.20 due 28/12/16.
It appears that the pay on time discount was reversed on the first bill and only applied to the amount due for the second billing period of 24 days.
Any reason why this was done?
Hi @Deb63. Great to hear that the bills have been issued, the reason why the pay on time discount appears to have disappeared, is that the two invoices were issued together. However you are still entitled to the pay on time discount for both invoices. We have calculated and confirm that you only need to make a payment of $457.16 prior to the 28th of December.
