Where can I find my next scheduled meter read online?

I get a SMS to remind me to read my meter but its usually late.. and when I do read it it tells me It's too late.. that was by torchlight last month.  When do I need to read the meter. .

I apologise if I've misunderstood your enquiry. The best date for you to provide your own meter reading can rely on the details of your account, such as how frequently you are billed and when. The good thing is that you can enter your own meter read through your app or My Account access anytime without contacting us. You can do this as often as once per day.

To specifically confirm when you will need to do this by for your bill, you'll need to contact our web chat team (aglener.gy/ChatCom) who'll be more than happy to assist you further!
