Very high electricity bill

I previously lived in Melbourne and my monthly bill for electricity was approximately $60 a month, I have moved to Sydney and my usage has gone insanely up! My 1 month bill is $422! I'm actually using less power here as i have no split system unit, only a small heater. 

I live with my fiancé, only, the usage this month suggests i use the same power as a 10 person home, i had a water leak in my unit but it was cold water apparently.

i need this looked at, this is insanely high and a worry. 

The globes here are dimmer too, the meter for this unit is a building meter set of units, so i can easily access it. 

Also I cannot check my daily usage on the app, I assume due to it not being a smart meter? Please help

Just to address the dailly usage on your app, you are correct, if you don't have a smart meter it will not update your dailly usage accurately.
