I have been unable to access my online account now for over a month.
I have read other discussion threads and see that the 'issue' is linked to a 'specific browser'
I have tried using:
I get the same error message with each and an image of a dog holiding an uplugged lead.
This is not acceptable, when most people access their accounts online.
Can you advise if you have a 'fix' for this.

I have recently downloaded the agl apps but unable to make the necessary payment. It just says that I already have an online account and nothing happens when I clicked on “next”.
Please advise ASAP as my payment due on 17th September

To confirm, is this happening when you're attempting to log into the app or your My Account through a browser? A screenshot of the error would also be very helpful.
