I am currently in the process of moving out of existing residence and someone else is moving in. Is there any way I can transfer my account to them so that I don’t have to disconnect the power and then have them reconnect it again?
I have tried doing it online through the ‘move’ function but as I am moving into a property where power is already supplied with employer I don’t have a new address.
any help would be greatly appreciated

They'll need to set up a new account in their name and they can do this on our website here. Once their account has been established then your account will automatically close and we'll then issue you a final bill. This way, there won't be any disruption to the power supply.
