Supply Address Not Correct

Hi AGL

 

My supply address is not accurately described as it has an "F1/" in front of my address. The meter number is correct I would just like the address to be corrected on my bills.

To correct your listed billing address you'll need to get in touch with customer service directly.

 

Log in to your My Account page and click the Message (💬) button in the bottom right (or top right on the AGL app) to speak with an agent.
