Hi @Hills. How and when you receive a credit for a service disruption depends on your local Distributor, because this credit comes from them rather than your retailer (ie AGL).
Whether you receive one will also depend on the cause of the outage and their policies. I'd suggest you get in touch with your Distributor for more info. You'll find them listed on your bill, and contact details for various distributors are found on our Power Outages page.
