I have tried multiple times to have a refund credit to occur automatically, and have been informed on two different occasions by support that this has been done. It is still not occurring automatically. Why is that?
Hi @mthom , I'm not sure why this particular change on your account isn't "sticking" on your account. I suggest you get in touch via our Messaging service, and ask to speak to the Resolutions team.
The reason I suggest Messaging in particular is that it will maintain a record of your conversation, so if the change is made but still isn't happening, it will be apparent in future and might help to figure out what's going wrong.
To use messaging, log in to your My Account page and click the Messaging 💬 icon in the bottom right, or use the AGL app on your phone and tap the same icon in the top right.
