Has anyone else been advised by AGL that they cannot be reached by email? I have both gas and electricity with AGL and received two paper bills stating they cannot send me an email, yet when I paid my bills on line and clicked the email my receipt. The receipt arrived in my email OK.
I have raised a query with AGL and all they said was that they would update my email address... which was already correct.
Getting a bit frustrated with AGL, I recently switched to them from Origin but now I am starting to wonder if I did the right thing.....

AT this time I have also received my gas bill via snail mail. Even though for the last 3 bills I received them via email.
My next bills are not due for 3 months, so I cannot determine whether the problem has been resolved yet.
Alright. I'll keep an eye on it then - please let us know if the issue recurs.
