I was just chatting with one of your reps via online chat. They directed me to the resolutions team which could be contacted via a "instant messaging" option found on my account. I have found a "leave message" option Help and Support | AGL that doesnt seem to do anything.
What avenue would I need to pursue to get in contact with the resolution team if I do not wish to give them a call?

UPDATE: I was connected with the resolution team. Apparently, they cant offer to match rates so I promptly put in my application to have my electricity with someone who can
