I guess you don't show times on bills because you change them.
In addition to the times requested above, and in the interest of transparency, please advise what circumstances trigger a change in tariff times and where customers can access information on such changes in a timely manner.
Is notice of a change in times posted anywhere, or are customers required to investigate for themselves?
