i am disturbed to find a payment processing fee on my bill. I pay via BPAY and have done so for many years! Why this charge now all of a sudden! I know its only a small amount but you multiply that by many thousands of customers and that's a rather obscene amount of money to add to your billion dollar profits this 2017/18 financial year! I have now changed to another provider and will continue to change as I see fit because these corporations couldn't care less...
