hello I’ve called up AGL over 2 weeks ago about a payment now due to the cover-19 I’m needing to get food and stuff the money that’s owning was not my fault I couldn’t get into the Centrelink app now if I get one me text about it I will not be happy and I will be moving electricity providers because I’ve had nothing but trouble with AGL I’m in debt of over $200 something because AGL did not follow protocol and set up direct debit’s properly so ya I’ll pay it back in my own time and if my power gets cut I’ll most like would die because of stuff I need
