Overdue on direct debit??

HI AGL. How come I have an overdue payment in my account when in fact it was directed debited in my bank account?

I do not want to have issues in the future with this.

Please clarify.

Thanks for getting in touch!

 

A payment can take 24-48 hours to clear from your bank account onto your AGL account. In addition to this, the balance of your AGL My Account can take a further 48 hours to update. With this in mind, unfortunately this information can appear out-of-date on our end 3-4 days after you've had a payment taken.

 

If the issue doesn't resolve itself soon, please send me a private message with your AGL account details and I'll be happy to take a closer look at things!
