Overdue on direct debit??




I only just noticed I have an overdue Gas account, which was meant to be direct debited on 18/06/2018. There are plenty of funds available in my nominated account and no bank issues. How has this happened and I hope this doesn't affect my pay-on-time discount?



I should have done this first, I've just checked my bank nominated bank account and can see it was debited on 18/06/2018! Whats going on? AGL get your act together!

I'm sorry to hear that your outdated account balance is causing you this frustration. We are aware that there is a delay in our customers account balances updating online, however we can assure you that this will not have any impact on pay on time discounts.
