I am new to AGL and recently signed up after our recent move. I have been told to choose Off Peak 2 so our hot water heats up during the day as well as at night during normal off peak. When I was setting up my account the girl who was on the phone doing the set up didn't understand what off peak was and couldn't tell me if my plan even had off peak.
How do I find this out if the company who provides the electricity doesn't know? My plan is a Super Saver
