When I log onto my AGL app, I can’t see any usage data since mid November 2020. Also, I’ve not yet received my December bill.

Hi @Sdn , it sounds like billing might be paused on your account at the moment, which also prevents usage from being updated. On your usage page, do you see a message saying that usage updates are paused?
