Mobile App Not showing any energy usage

Hi. Recently joined AGL. Have installed the app to monitor usage and solar gains.However the app doesn’t show any usage or show predicted bills. A digital meter was also installed a month ago. Whenever I check my usage account, it says it's AGL fault and we are fixing it for you
