Lock in Contract at today's pricing before price rise on 1st July 2016

Where can I find your electricity pricing for a fixed price lock in contract? Are the electricity tariffs higher on a 2 year fixed price lock in contract than the ordinary electricity tariffs? I'm pretty keen to lock in today's prices with a supplier to beat the 1st July price rise because I calculate it's going to be approx a 13% price increase with Origin Energy.

I hate to burst your bubble, but a cusomer, just like you, I don't believe there is a lock in tarrif, well not here in SA anyway........other states my have different options but today I would think never to engage in a lock in contract, my personal view.
