I have been billed again in Dec just afer paying the most recent bill.Called customer service but after 20min of being palmed off still did not recieve a satisfactory answer. This bill is not available for download against my account but was emailed to me .I believe it is incorrect and I want the charges removed .Please help ,the customer service line is next to useless. Can someone with authority please deal with this request.
