I can't get an access to AGL 'My Account'

I have been seeing this page for last 3 WEEKS now!!!

Why has it not been fixed??? this screen pops as soon as I login.

There could be a few different reasons that you're seeing this screen. Are you certain that the email address you're using to log in is registered to your current account and not an old account?

Hi Jayden thanks for getting back to me quick. How can I check that? I have been getting bills to this email address for both electricity and gas.
