Hello, I have recently moved to my current address and my Gas bill is extraordinarily high, particularly the usage. According to your website/app my usage daily is stated as 1007.16 MJ and a projected cost of $1014 (64,000 mj). There are only two adults living here in a 3 bedroom home - these figures cant be right and are outrageous...
A high bill can be due to a lot of different reasons. Usually the first step I recommend is to take a look through the Unexpected High Bill help page, and if nothing there seems to be the culprit (and it does sound like this one is way beyond what you were expecting) the next step would be to get in touch with customer service and ask them to look into it.
