Getting a response from the business sales team




Have been chasing someone from business sales to contact me regarding getting a quote for our electricity for our industrial site over the last 24 hours. Spoken to three different people on the business call line with no return calls.  Our annual use is 1.9m kWh, however it will be through a new connection to our new redeveloped site.  Can anyone shed a light on why there is no interest from AGL on our business?  Have we slipped through the cracks?  There is no sense from contracting the consumber lines, as they automatically redirect me to the business?
