I have an AGL account, but there is only the electricity information (usage, bill, etc). Can be the gas information also available in my AGL account? If yes, what should I do to make the gas available?
Hi @Asty do you have a gas account with AGL? If so, you should see gas listed in your usage tab, but it's likely to show only estimated usage. This is because your gas meter can't be read remotely like an electricity smart meter, so we can't provide a detailed usage breakdown. Instead, we need to wait for your local gas distributor (the company that checks your meter and maintains the pipes in your area) to send us your latest meter read. In some places, this only happens every few months.
To get around this issue, you can provide a manual meter read in the AGL Energy app or My Account page. If you'd like more info on how to do this, just let me know.
