I have received two AGL Gas bills since beginning of July. I use gas to heat my hot water.
On both gas bills, the meter reading has a read type of ACTUAL.
However, the reading on the bill has remained unchanged since the first bill i.e. suggesting my usage has been NIL. This is clearly wrong.
How do I get it fixed? (I find the meter impossible to self-read)
