Could you guys explain why my gas bill charged so high when there is no one living there (we haven’t have the Occupancy permit yet). And why there are two ‘General usage next’ charges in this bill? Could you tell me what is the converse rate between MJ and KWh?
I have been AGL customer for over 16 years. It is very funny because for the same period my current home’s gas bill even cheaper than the new home bill, in which I use gas to cook every day!
And since last month, our plumber tested our new home gas and found the pressure is too low and has contacted AGL for upgrade and there is no response so far and now I received a bill charged so high. I wonder how does AGL do the meter reading and how do they calculate the charge?
