The Electricity SMS messages I receive for direct debits warns me of the amount due.
Why doesn't the Gas SMS message have the amount due??

It is quite strange that you're getting different messages for the different accounts. So that we can jump into your account and have a look around, we'll need you to contact our web chat team (aglener.gy/ChatCom) who'll be happy to help where they can!
I receive SMS mesages to alert me of upcoming accounts that will be due. Providing the ammount for that ccounts is a great help for the Electricity, do the same for Gas.
I will not be contacting anyone else on this matter, surely my comments (if they merit any consideration) can be processed within AGL.
I am satisfied my comments have been noted, the rest is up to AGL.
