Hi, I just had to travel overseas for family circumstances and last Saturday I received our shocking gas bill of $ 2723,78 which normally would be between $ 150 and $ 200,- per quarter... Have been trying to get in touch with AGL from overseas by phone but no luck. Then by email and no luck but yes, the virtual chat assistant is there but obviously doesn't offer a solution. We are very stressed about the family situation already and honestly don't need this ridiculous billing stress.
So if someone has got a way to get in touch from overseas or via email please let me know.
That does sound concerning! Note that while there is a virtual assistant to help with common queries, you'll always be able to chat with a human agent as well. Just log in to your My Account and click "Message Us" and ask to speak with an agent.
