Help with your AGL Energy account or AGL online tools.
My Electricity Plan is from 2 April 2017 to 2 April 2019.
Same for the Gas plan as well.
I have not received any paperwork /email regarding my current plans (Electricity and Gas).
In the two telephone calls (made in the last two weeks) I was told they would be emailed to me.
I haven't received anything as yet.
