This is the third or fourth time I have not received my electricity bill via e-mail. I have been going in to my account to check and there has been nothing. The metre was supposed to be read on 21 November 2020 according to my last bill but was actually read on 18 December 2020. The only reason I knew I had a bill was text message advising it was due to be paid on 18 January 2021. I also note that the discount on my account is barely $3.00. I think I will be looking for another electricity provider who is more reliable and is more competitively priced. The issue is not about paying the bill but rather actually receiving it.
