Direct refund

Hi I have a credit in my account due to solar how do I arrange a direct refund to a bank account after each bill is issued instead of getting a credit in my account?

Any refund enquiries will need to be addressed directly with our customer service team; contact us here. If you're able to have your BSB and bank account number on hand when contacting us, our team will be able to make some changes to your account so that any residual solar credits are refunded to you automatically every quarter provided your bill is based on actual meter reading!
